Lead Times 6-8 Weeks From Agreement of Final Details
Shortly after you have placed your order one of our helpful order processors will contact you to finalise the details of your order. This is where you can choose the colour of the frames and hardware. We will confirm everything in writing in an order acknowledgement document, ensuring that we have got everything correct for you. Once everything is established, and you are happy with everything, we will proceed with manufacturing your products, and provide a provisional day for delivery. This is usually 6-8 Weeks from confirmation of final details.
Prior To Delivery
The week prior to delivery of your product we will contact you to advise of the specific day of delivery and an anticipated time of arrival.
Installation
Products are supplied on a “Supply Only” basis and are supplied in Kit for for assembly by your appointed installer. Full installation and maintenance instructions are provided . But do not worry, we are at the end of the phone should you need any assistance.
